Clients select desired services or products and submit an order request. All fees are due as specified in the order confirmation.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Services: Software Development and AI Implementation

Clients may cancel a service request within 14 days of project commencement and request a refund. Approved reimbursements will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. Clients may also reschedule the service or assign it to another party by notifying the Company via our contact form before project start.

No refund is available after delivery of final project deliverables, as custom solutions are unique and cannot be repurposed.

4.2 Information Products

Clients may request a refund for an information product within 7 days from purchase, provided no access or download has occurred. Once content has been accessed or downloaded, no refund is available due to the ease of replication.

4.3 Physical Goods

Customers may send back undamaged goods in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To initiate this process, contact the Company via our contact form. Approved reimbursements will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days after the Company receives the shipped goods.
